‘Roll-A-Cover Uncovered’: Home Plate Retractable Enclosure

Taunton, MA – This week’s “Roll-A-Cover Uncovered,” is the retractable enclosure at Home Plate Bay Street Grill in Taunton, MA! This beloved local sports bar is the perfect place to watch one of your favorite sporting events on one of its 25 TVs! Seeing as it is a sports bar in the Boston/New England area, you will most likely find a New England Patriots fan, a Boston Red Sox fan, a Boston Bruins fan and/or a Boston Celtics fan in here. Home Plate isn’t your average sports bar, though. It is one part sports bar, one part family dining, and one part nightclub with excellent food. There is a fireplace in the dining area, a big bar area that features a Fenway Park mural and two rows of Green Monster-style seating, along with its Roll-A-Cover enclosed patio, which faces Lake Sabbatia. 
This particular Roll-A-Cover retractable enclosure is a lean-to enclosure. At the gable end, there is a long rolling wall bringing in all the fresh air. The owner of Home Plate, Rob Anderson, decided to upgrade to a sandtone finish aluminum rafter. Home Plate has immediately seen an increase in revenue since enclosing its patio. “Business is up 15%+. We have been setting record sales numbers over the past 10 weeks,” Anderson expressed. How phenomenal! This restaurant used to have a fabric canopy covering its patio that could not be used during inclement weather. Now, we’ve got them covered!
