Tacoria Retractable Roof Installation Begins

New Brunswick, NJ – Last week, Roll-A-Cover installed a new project at Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen in New Brunswick, NJ! Tacoria is a very popular local Mexican restaurant with absolutely fantastic food! At this particular location, Roll-A-Cover installed a motorized retractable skylight. The Tacoria retractable roof will be over the courtyard dining area, allowing for a year-round outdoor ambiance. When the weather is inclement, the staff at Tacoria can close the skylight with just one push of a button. When it is sunny, diners can feel the outdoors while still being inside.
