Meet the Team
Michael P. Morris
Michael Morris is the Founder, President, and CEO of Roll-A-Cover, Intl, and has been in the construction and manufacturing industry for 30 years. As the owner of several hot tub and sunroom retail outlets, including Four Seasons Sunrooms and Sunbuilt Sunrooms, Michael was able to grow these retail companies into the largest in Connecticut during the 90’s and for two decades thereafter. For almost a decade, Michael owned one of Four Seasons Sunrooms largest franchises which he sold when he began the engineering for the Roll-A-Cover retractable enclosure product. His industry relationships have included products manufactured by companies such as Brady Built Sunrooms, Patio Enclosures by Joyce Manufacturing Company, Hydro-Pool, Sonoma, and Heldor Spas. As construction and custom remodeling demands grew and industry interests began to shift, he was inspired to develop his own line of enclosure products, now known as Roll-A-Cover. Michael manages all business operations, including a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Passion for the product and experience in the industry are some of the most crucial components that the leader of Roll-A-Cover demands from himself and from his team players. Due to Michael’s commitment to his clients, 2017 will be another successful year for Roll-A-Cover.

Bryan was raised in Bethany, CT where he graduated from Amity Regional High School in 2006. He went on to graduate from the University of Rhode Island in 2010 with a B.S. in Computer Engineering. His focus was in hardware design allowing him to create the most efficient end product based on given criteria, a skill needed at Roll-A-Cover. Bryan worked part time at Roll-A-Cover before going to college and was welcomed back after graduation. Bryan now works with the field design team and project engineers using AutoCAD to create the best possible enclosure for each customer’s needs. Prospective jobs are given to Bryan for him to create a quick model of the project to ensure accuracy and to allow the customer to gain a greater understanding of the product. If approved, the next step involves the details required for each job, such as flashing and support. These drawings are presented to the customer for approval and sent to the plant for ordering and manufacturing.
