Michael P. Morris

Michael P. Morris

Michael Morris is the Founder, President, and CEO of Roll-A-Cover, Intl. He has been in the construction and manufacturing industry for over 30 years! As the owner of several hot tub and sunroom retail outlets, including Four Seasons Sunrooms and Sunbuilt Sunrooms, Michael was able to grow these retail companies into the largest in Connecticut during the 90’s and for two decades thereafter. For almost a decade, Michael owned one of Four Seasons Sunrooms largest franchises, which he sold when he began the engineering for the Roll-A-Cover retractable enclosure product. His industry relationships have included products manufactured by companies such as Brady Built Sunrooms, Patio Enclosures by Joyce Manufacturing Company, Hydro-Pool, Sonoma, and Heldor Spas. As construction and custom remodeling demands grew and industry interests began to shift, he was inspired to develop his own line of enclosure products, now known as Roll-A-Cover. Michael manages all business operations, including a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bethany, Connecticut. Passion for the product and experience in the industry are some of the most crucial components that the leader of Roll-A-Cover demands from himself and from his team players. Due to Michael’s commitment to his clients, 2019 will be another exciting and successful year for Roll-A-Cover.

Dennis Martens

Dennis Martens

Dennis Martens is the Vice President of Manufacturing. Dennis has brought experience, knowledge, consumer compassion, and and passion into making Roll-A-Cover a growing company. Prior to working at Roll-A-Cover, Dennis had years of experience in the food industry as a leader in management. Additionally, he was a professional photographer for several years. Dennis’s commitment to detail and organization coupled with his passion for Roll-A-Cover is a benefit to any customer who chooses to purchase an enclosure. His artful organizational skills, unlimited energy, and precise attention to detail are crucial to Roll-A-Cover’s success in manufacturing each enclosure.

Dena Napoli Morris

Dena Napoli Morris

Dena Morris is the Vice President of Sales Development at Roll-A-Cover. Dena worked in sales with her husband, and founder of Roll-A-Cover, Michael, when they owned Sunrooms of Connecticut, a Four Seasons Sunrooms franchise. Her experience in the glazing industry provides her with an immense amount of knowledge when working with her clients. Additionally, Dena’s passion and contagious personality provides her clients with the confidence and support needed. Before joining her husband as an entrepreneur, she worked in sales for 3M and Westinghouse. Aside from her work at Roll-A-Cover, Dena has a master’s degree in social work.

Kerry Taylor

Kerry Taylor

Keron (Kerry) Taylor is Vice President of Engineering at Roll-A-Cover. Kerry has over 30 years of experience as a drafting teacher and a mechanical detailed designer. He grew up in the construction industry working with his family on construction and remodeling projects. Additionally, Kerry’s experience brings an immense amount of design and support knowledge when working with architects, designers, and project engineers. Kerry has provided the design team with the ability to expedite project designs and develop new parts and products so Roll-A-Cover can further excel in the industry.

Cindy Taylor

Cindy Taylor

Cynthia Taylor is Roll-A-Cover’s Executive Administrator. She has over 20 years of corporate experience and is responsible for all incoming sales and contract proposals. Cindy is the main contact with vendors and is the liaison between sales and manufacturing. Her team has developed and applied several internal programs that allow each division to integrate with each other, whether that is sales or vendor ordering to plant inventory. Cindy, who works alongside her husband Kerry and son Bryan, gives Roll-A-Cover the family commitment needed to succeed.

Micaela Morris

Micaela Morris, daughter of Michael and Dena Morris, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fairfield University in December 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Information Systems from the Charles F. Dolan School of Business. Micaela manages the marketing and IT departments at Roll-A-Cover. Additionally, Micaela also supports the sales team in following up with daily global lead inquiries and proposal writing. Last year, Micaela implemented Roll-A-Cover’s AIA program, allowing Roll-A-Cover to become a continuing education provider. Due to Micaela’s commitment to the company, 2019 will be another successful year for Roll-A-Cover, Intl.

David Pate

David Pate

Dave Pate is the Vice President of Plant Operations and a long lasting and dedicated employee of Roll-A-Cover. He has been working with Michael in the construction industry since 1990. Dave became the operations manager for Sunrooms of Connecticut, which was a Connecticut Four Seasons franchise owned by Michael. Dave’s skills and experience as a professional sloped glazier and builder has given Roll-A-Cover an edge in the industry. At Roll-A-Cover, he oversees all aspects of the projects including ordering, vendor communication, plant scheduling, training, and support. His years of experience in the sunroom industry is unmatchable, which is one of the reasons Roll-A-Cover has achieved such milestones during its growth.

Bryan Taylor

Bryan Taylor

Bryan is a designer at Roll-A-Cover. He works with the field design team and project engineers using AutoCAD to create the best possible enclosure for each customer’s needs. Bryan graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2010 with a B.S. in Computer Engineering. His focus was in hardware design, which allowed him to create the most efficient end product based on given criteria, a skill needed at Roll-A-Cover. Bryan worked part time at Roll-A-Cover before going to college and was welcomed back after graduation. Prospective jobs are given to Bryan for him to create a quick model of the project to ensure accuracy and to allow the customer to gain a greater understanding of the product. If approved, the next step involves the details required for each job, such as flashing and support. These drawings are presented to the customer for approval and sent to the plant for ordering and manufacturing.Bryan is an essential component of Roll-A-Cover’s operation.

Jean LaPointe

Jean LaPointe

Jean is Roll-A-Cover’s motor department specialist. He has brought three decades of residential, commercial, and industrial construction and technical experiences to Roll-A-Cover. Additionally, Jean’s mechanical and CNC background offers our custom fabrication department insight and knowledge into our unique custom project designs. As a result, Jean is an integral piece of the Roll-A-Cover machine.
