‘Roll-A-Cover Uncovered’: Zaza Retractable Enclosure, Stamford, CT

Stamford, CT – This week’s “Roll-A-Cover Uncovered” is the ZAZA retractable enclosure in downtown Stamford, Connecticut! This authentic Italian restaurant is a local favorite and features a phenomenal menu. Zaza’s outside patio holds approximately 40 seats, but it could only be used four months of the year before Roll-A-Cover installed its retractable enclosure. In September 2016, Roll-A-Cover installed a retractable glass system over their patio, providing the restaurant with triple the amount of available seating for 12 months of the year. Even on a chilly January evening, the space is toasty with the feeling of dining outside. 

This particular enclosure is a lean-to system in the back of the restaurant. If you are in the area, Zaza is a must-go-to restaurant!
